William M. Hale

William Mason Hale was born in the State of Rhode Island in the year 1821.
He married Elizabeth Bowle Bucklin @1840 in Providence, RI.
Elizabeth was born @1823 & Died 19August 1889 age 65yrs.
They had eight children as follows;

Sarah B.
born-1844  died-11 Jan 1910 age 66 yrs
Frank
born-1845  died-31 May 1871 age 26 yrs
George Bucklin
born-1847  died-14 Jan 1890 age 43 yrs
Mary E.(Hale)Taft
born-1848  died after 1920 in Chicago
William Mason
born-1850  died-10 Oct 1916 age 67 yrs
Clarence
born-1855  died-02 Apr 1885 age 27 yrs
Clinton
born-1858  died-20 Apr 1916 age 58 yrs
 
William enlisted in the 10th Regiment Company I as Captain on 26 May 1862, he was promoted to Lt.Col and Transfered to Company Field & Staff on 11 Aug 1862, and was mustered out with the rest of the 10th Regiment on 01 September 1862 in Providence, RI.
 
William Died some time between 1862 & 1870 and is buried with his family in Swan Point Cemetery in Providence, RI.
